Soak your feet in warm water for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then you can try and dig the in grown nail out. It will hurt. If it is really a problem you can go to your family practitioner and they will cut out the in grown part, they use a local anesthetic, and you will feel nothing. But if you just continue to soak your feet daily, you should be able to take care of the problem your self.

Good Luck!

Oh i've had the same thing and it does hurt like hell so I feel you. What I neded up doing was basically deeling with the pain until the nail it self grew out a little. I then was able to take a pair of nail clippers, cut a piece in the middle, then I was able to use peel off the nail, including the part that was growing inside of my skin, if that make sense. Or just have a doctor do it for you, much easier.
I deal with this problem at least once a month. The best, and safest way is to have a pro get it out. I try to get it out alone, but it always gets infected. Get it out soon though, I once waited too long, and even after numbing my toe, I still screamed in pain.
Thin the top, cut the front, not the corners.

Don't wear heels for awhile.
