I removed a nail polish that looked horribly bad. I'm going back to school after Halloween finishes, and I've GOT to do my nails, but there are no nailshops in my country, so can anyone give me tips on how to do them myself?I wanna take good care of my nails... can anyone tell me how?

yeah.. just soak them in polish remover.. and wash your hands
Paint them whatever color you desire, and let dry
If they need a file them file them down.. and always remeber not to bite your nails.!
