Eat enough protein and veggies. Also drink lots of milk because calcium is good for your nails and hair. Apply hand lotion whenever you can to keep your cuticles healthy. Healthy nails begin at the cuticles! And last but not least, don't bite your nails! Biting your nails will make them weak and prevent them from growing.
