if u wanna make ur nail stronger and grow fast

just soak ur nail in milk for 10 mins daily
use nail oil or just moisturizer!!! its rele good for your nails. n if you want to grow them long you should first cut them regualrly and then let them grow out cuz my nails were always chipping so first i made sure they were strong enough with the nail oil and i cut them reguarly and after a while i let them grow out and they looked great!! if that doesnt work for you u could try using sally hanson nail strengthing nail polish!
i know garlic makes them strong.. you can either try this two things:

1) in the morning before you eat anything, finely chop a piece of garlic and mix it in with the juice of a freshly squeezed orange. The orange kills the garlic taste and your breath wont stink.

2) You can try pealing garlic and let pices of it stay in your nails for a while. Make sure to wash your hands very well cuz they will stink. Or just get a garlic based polish and use that, but those stink too.

Oh, and don't keep them too long cuz they will eventually break and it'll hurt like hell...
well. for one you can wash your hands with soap and water after using nail polish remover to remove the chemicals. also use non-acetone nail polish removers. then you can also apply a clear base coat like Diamonds or something for protection. sally hansen has a lot. also don't apply nailpolish a lot, let your nails become natural for a while and let them breathe. also don't go to a salon that much and don't paint your nails that often.
get lots of calcium and proteins, which keep ur nail looking healthy and strong, also keep ur nail filed and for everyday looks, try and get a manicure, like a french tip or something!!...it looks really good!!
I suggest that one doesnt bite them or peel the skin off especially above the cuticle; moisturize or condition the cuticle. I use 'healthy hoof' which is a natural product used on horses...; allow the nail to be free of any chemical i.e. nail polish, etc. In other words allow the nails to be bare for about one week or so. The nails need air, chemical free. Most times nail chemicals and acrylic products weakens the nail bed. Use homemade remedies to strengthen the nails just like someone else suggested on this blog. Last, but not least 'Sally Hansen' has a good line of nail products and calcium, calcium, iron, iron works.
Eat a well balanced diet, with enough protein, the basic building block of hair and nails. Use a hand lotion regularly, to moisturize your hands, nails, and cuticles, especially after washing your hands. The healthier your cuticles are, the healthier your nail growth will be.
