Nail care!?

i broke three nails on three different fingures ow. i have a special event coming up on june 6 at 6:00 pm. i want to get me nails done like this pic below:

my nails are that length accept the three that broke off and i need to know what can i do to make them grow in time because i DONT want WEAR TIPS! so please give me advice.Nail care!?
Wash your hands with a gentle soap - mild or harsher soaps make your nail brittle.


Dry your hands using a cotton or paper towel.


Fill a plastic bowl with enough white vinegar to cover your nails.


Soak your nails (one hand at a time) in the white vinegar for 3-5 minutes.


Remove your hands from the white vinegar and dry them off with a paper towel.


Wash your hands with soap and water to remove the smell of the vinegar.


Trim your cuticles with a cuticle remover and file nails if necessary.


Apply two coats of Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails.


Leave for 2 hours then add another coat of Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails.


Repeat this process twice per week for 8-12 weeks.


Refrain from wearing nail polish until you have achieved your desired nail length.
