well first the only reason why i will answer is because i know and i am really feminine. Try to keep them clean by not putting them into something really dirty or itleast as soon as possible after wash your hand until you cant seen anything or the best you can. A Coreen pool makes them very white and i think it can keep it clean so try to do that. Never pick at your nails or bite at them because it would not be properly cut. try to use those nail clippers, sorry don't know the exact name for them. Lastly don't cut them to short or might get mest up while growing or might bleed.

Keep them clean,cut properly,don't scratch with them,and yes don't bite them 'cause don't create a situation for that.
u can use cutical cream 4 ur nails massage them n can go with pedicure once in month
